Here are some of my favorite kriyas that I enjoy and that are good for begginers:
1:00 hr | Good class option for begginers. This kriya works systematically from the base of the spine to the top. All 26 vertebrae receive stimulation and all the chakras receive a burst of energy. Increase the circulation of the spinal fluid and achieve more clarity and increased memory. This is a good kriya to do before meditation.
1:01 hrs | This kriya gives you a quick lift of energy, increased clarity, and a sense of balance. You learn the relationship to the breath and you observe the differences in emotion and thinking that each type of breathing creates.
1:09 hrs | To avoid persistent colds and illness, it is essential to keep digestion and elimination functioning well. Add to this a strong metabolic balance and you will have heartiness. This kriya builds physical strenght and disease resistance.
53 min | Surya means “sun”. This kriya is to awaken the sun energy within you, it is the energy of purification. It aids digestion. The mind tends to get clear, analytic and action oriented. The exercises systematically stimulate the positive pranic force and the kundalini energy itself. You may include it in your regular sadhana to build the strenght of your body and you ability to focus on many tasks.
