Sharing my hobbies, my interests, my art.

Best advice I’ve got in my life: “Read the classics.” You really cannot navigate and understand this world without them. (Unless you’re painfully intuitive and sensitive to our toxic environment; but even then, read, for a pain shared is a pain partially relieved).

I have attached a list of great books with their respective hyperlinks where you can find them. Also, there are many great used-books stores everywhere.

Philosophy

Classics

Miscelaneous

Fitness & Wellness

  • Body by Science by Dr. Doug McGuff, MD and John Little.
  • The Body by Science, Question and Answer Book by Dr. Doug McGuff, MD and John Little.
  • Deep Nutrition (Why your Genes Need Traditional Food) by Catherine (MD) and Luke Shanahan.
  • Joint-Friendly Fitness by Bill DeSimone.
  • Breath by James Nestor.
  • The Concise Book of Muscles by Chris Jarmey.

Sacred Texts

Psychology

Finance & Investing

Personal Growth & Sales

These are the books that have shaped my understanding of the world, of life. The list above is not exhaustive, for I may have forgotten one or two books that escaped my memory. Also, it does not take into account all the other resources of my formative years as a student of Engineering, as an ex-Financial Advisor or the countless hours of web search on topics of history, biographies, commentaries, etc.
