FAQ / Philosophy
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a structured system of kriyas and meditations designed to cultivate awareness, harmonize body and mind, and regulate the nervous system. Practice engages physical, mental, and subtle energies to foster clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
How can Kundalini Yoga help me?
Regular practice influences multiple systems—muscular, nervous, glandular, cardiovascular, respiratory—and fosters emotional awareness, helping process past experiences and cultivate steady attention and inner clarity.
How does Kundalini Yoga differ from other types of yoga?
The root yuj means “to unite.” Kundalini Yoga is a precise system harmonizing polarities—body and mind, conscious and unconscious—through structured kriyas, breath, and meditation. Its methods are direct, tested over centuries, and maintain integrity with traditional practice.
Why online?
Online classes provide global access while preserving a controlled, disciplined container. Private in-person sessions may still be offered locally.
Free videos
Daily spiritual practice is encouraged, for that reason, I have made available free yoga class videos, good for begginers and advanced practitioners alike, which you can access here.
