I offer personalized education and training on how to apply the theories of the unconscious (or depth-psychology as understood by Freud, Jung, Fromm and others) into your life. Depending on your needs, you will also receive clear and concise instruction and support on some, or all, of the following:
- Analytical journaling (as explained in my book Heal Your Family Past).
- Jungian dream interpretation.
- Healthy habits coaching.
