~1:1 coaching using analytical journaling~

“All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”

Leo Tolstoy, novelist

Lasting psychological healing: resolving the wound of the family past.

Lucky is that person who has grown up in a healthy family environment.

However, the sad reality of our modern societies is this: that most people have grown up in dysfunctional families and environments that cripple them psychologically, resulting in unnecessary mental suffering, broken relationships and the slow decay and fragmentation of society.

This state of things is not final. Through a disciplined process of introspection, an individual can gain lasting psychological well-being and the mental clarity to pursue mature relationships.

I’m looking for 2-3 people willing to dedicate the next 3-6 months to exploring their childhood family past, with understanding, with process and with method to alleviate painful emotions, break away from dysfuntional patterns and grow towards higher levels of maturity and responsability.

Donation-Based Model: All services are offered on a donation basis to make this work accessible to everyone. Initial consultation is free.

Non-Therapeutic Disclaimer: Please note that this service is educational, reflective, and advisory in nature. I am not a licensed therapist, and this offering does not constitute therapy or mental health treatment.

For Those Seeking Anonymity: If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may communicate exclusively via email at dreamanalytics@hotmail.com without disclosing any personal information.

“The freeing of an individual, as he grows up, from the authority of his parents is one of the most necessary though one of the most painful results brought about by the course of his development.”

Sigmund Freud, psychoanalyst

My story:

Thanks to this process, I was able to achieve the following:

  • Shake off a decade-long depression! (Yes, gone! Once and for all!)
  • Greatly diminish terrible feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Break away from dysfuntional patterns in my relationships to pursue genuine romantic love.
  • Achieve so much balance and clarity of mind than I ever thought was possible.
  • Reactivate my relationship with my parents and engage in conscious and productive conversations.
  • Understand the dynamics of the psyche and how past experiences affected my life negatively, and how I could make the unconscious conscious to resolve my current problems (emotional, mental and behavioral).

We like to say that we don’t get to choose our parents, that they were given by chance—yet we can truly choose whose children we’d like to be.

Seneca, philosopher

Further read (optional):

Heal Your Family Past is a comprehensive and intellectually rigorous book that presents a structured five-step process designed to explore and heal the unconscious wounds rooted in family dynamics, inspired by my transformative experience with this process and my studies on psychology, philosophy and the humanities.

You can also watch this video explaining some of the content within my book:
