A healthy, strong, and beautiful body can only positively impact one’s mental state by increasing confidence, reducing stress and anxiety, and promoting the release of “good” hormones like endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin. Sculpting a body by intelligent changes in life habits and the execution of proper exercise will strengthen willpower and synch the body to the natural rhythms of nature.
Besides, a wellness and fitness journey does not have to be about the body only, but it can also be a great opportunity to explore emotions that arise from the confrontation with limiting beliefs and/or underlying emotional factors that could sabotage progress. In this way, body growth and healing can go side to side with the mind’s.
My approach to fitness is, thus, trauma-informed, science-based, and intuitive at times.

Slow Motion High-Intensity Strength Training
(20 minute workouts, 1–2x per week)
Resistance training inspired by principles of Slow Motion High-Intensity training. This method is what I call proper exercise, in the sense that it is effective, efficient, and incredibly safe!
In only 20 minutes, we can trigger the recovery and growth mechanism in muscle tissue. Once this is accomplished, the trainee can go on his or her day to pursue whatever chores, recreational activities, or business, intellectual, and/or artistic projects while being sure the body will do what it knows best, provided there’s good nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
